Express Print & Mail has always sought international standard systems that deliver the very best service to our customers. So, we are very excited to recently achieve ISO9001 accreditation.
Express Print & Mail is the only regional printer in Queensland with this certification.
Achieving the certification took a tremendous amount of work behind the scenes, reviewing the entire business from quoting through to despatch.
ISO9001 is the international standard for quality management systems (QMS). The standard demonstrates the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
What does ISO9001 mean for EPM customers?
Company project manager Matt Chadwick explains:
“EPM has systems in place to give our customers confidence that when they trust us with their printing, we are going to produce a high quality product time and time again. That means the same job is delivered at the same level, whether printed today, next week, or future.”
“This is particularly important for jobs and brands where consistency is key. Our systems catch potential inconsistencies before they arise.”
“We have always had processes to offer the best possible customer experience, and ISO9001 proves that. We view service as a constant work in progress, something we regularly review, revise and improve.”
The audit and certification process led by EPM general manager Glenn Bryant took 12 months.
“This one sure was Glenn’s baby,” said Matt. His experience, diligence, determination and attention to detail were instrumental in this achievement and he will continue to lead the charge for constant improvement in our processes to ensure we deliver the best we can for our clients.”
