Our standard completion time is 3-5 business days from receipt of your print-ready artwork. Please note this applies to orders collected during normal business hours. If your job includes specialty processes (such as die-cutting, foil, embossing), or if you require a hard-copy proof first, additional time may be required.

For best results your artwork should be supplied as a high-resolution PDF (300 dpi or higher), in CMYK colour mode, with all fonts outlined or embedded. Always include a bleed (typically 3mm) if your design runs to the edge. Providing correctly formatted files helps avoid delays and ensures your printed product looks sharp and professional.
