4.1  Our online print ordering portal operates within our printIQ Management Information System, which is hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure managed by printIQ Pty Ltd. Data may be stored on Azure servers located in Australia. printIQ, as our platform vendor, may have personnel or subprocessors who access data from overseas locations.

4.2  Where personal information is disclosed to overseas recipients, we take reasonable steps to ensure those recipients handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, in accordance with APP 8.

5. Data Security

5.1  We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

5.2  Security measures applied to our online ordering portal include:

  • Hosting on Microsoft Azure enterprise cloud infrastructure
  • Encrypted data transmission using current TLS (Transport Layer Security) standards
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for portal user accounts
  • Role-based access controls and administrator oversight of user accounts
  • User access reviews to ensure only authorised personnel retain access

5.3  Despite our efforts to protect personal information, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in the event of an eligible data breach, in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

6. Payment Processing

6.1  Payment processing for online orders placed through our print portal is handled by Windcave (www.windcave.com), a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway compliant with PCI DSS Version 4.0 — the highest level of payment card industry security certification — with an Australian PCI DSS compliance certificate.

6.2  When you make a payment through our portal, your card and financial details are entered directly into Windcave’s secure, encrypted payment environment. EPM Print Group does not receive, process, or store your card or financial credentials at any point. Windcave also holds ISO 27001:2013 and SOC II Type 2 certifications.

7. Data Retention

7.1  We will retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. When personal information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.

8. Access to and Correction of Personal Information

8.1  Access: You may request details of personal information that we hold about you, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). An administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information. We may refuse to provide information in certain circumstances permitted under the Privacy Act.

8.2  Correction: If you believe that any information we hold about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading, please contact us by email. We will respond to any request within a reasonable time and endeavour to promptly correct any information found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

9.1  Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience and analyse site traffic. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies; however this may affect the functionality of the website.
